The worst experience ever; lied to repeatedly and did not want to Honor the manufacturer warranty, Service advisor and service manager was trying to say it was due to my fault why they would not honor the m want to Honor the manufacturer warranty, Service advisor and service manager was trying to say it was due to my fault why they would not honor the manufacturers warranty, stated that it had an aftermarket battery With why the car was not running. Service advisor. Never called me back with a diagnosis each time I had to call them they made excuses and placed me on hold for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. End up having to have my car towed to another shop in order to get the problem rectified I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. to purchase a car or for service, I had to go to the dealership in order to get any answers concerning why my vehicle stopped running while driving and was given excuse after excuse of the cause of why it stopped.VW sent me a video on everything that was working well but never addressed the problem or issues as to why my car was brought in. Yet they attempted to sale me a battery for $400. UNRESOLVED! Vehicle is just sitting waiting to be towed to a reputable dealer repair shop. More

Absolute worst service experience I’ve ever had. Avoid bringing your VW here. Little to no communication. Repeated promises to call or deliver repaired vehicle. Confidence. Maybe. by the way the do add on extra charges and play games with the negotiation. I was there for six hours and in the end they wanted to negotiate over $28.00. Did not matter to me. But the manager just had to get a little something extra. More
Less than two months ago, my business purchased a vehicle from VW Cypress. We've had 2 other VW vehicles in the past (from other VW dealerships in Houston area) and actually decided to purchase this recent o from VW Cypress. We've had 2 other VW vehicles in the past (from other VW dealerships in Houston area) and actually decided to purchase this recent one while servicing the other car. In addition to purchasing the new car, we purchased the extended warranty as well as 100,000 miles worth of maintenance service. Unfortunately, the car that the sales rep chose for us did not have have a major feature that we requested during the sales process. This is completely negligent representation and their mistake. And the manager, Jeremy, has not rectified the situation. Jeremy told us "the only option you have is to trade it in". With a visual impairment, the blind spot monitoring was a necessity to purchase a new car. We spoke about the blind spot feature in particular and a few others on the test drive, while walking the lot, and while reviewing the sale inside. The week after the purchase we reached out to ask how to turn on the blind spot feature. We assumed it needed to be turned on like other features like the lane assist. We were told it shouldn't need to be turned on and the vehicle should have it. Well, it doesn't. We called to speak to a manager. After explaining the situation, they rudely stated we'd have to trade it in and that's the only option. I let Jeremy know that I don't understand why I'd have to be penalized for a mistake made by their dealership. After going back and forth, Jeremy said they'd see what they could do and call back in an hour or two. Well, we've NEVER received that call back from Jeremy. And to top it all off, the license plates came in for the car while out of town and they took it upon themselves to mail the plates even though it was expressed over the phone to the person who called to notify us of the plates that we're waiting to hear back on how this situation will be made right. After that was expressed, we received a text from the sales rep that was more of a "hey what's up" kind of text instead of a "hey I'm working on a solution" type text. And then unknowingly received license plates in the mail. Since we've reached out multiple times and this wasn't handled appropriately, we'll be handling things through other channels for their negligent misrepresentation of the car we were sold. Would never, ever purchase a car here again. Time to find a new dealership for services and future purchases. And of course, time to hold them accountable for the mismanagement of the issue at hand. Everything about the sale was sketchy. Check engine light on before I could get the car home from dealership. That was a month ago. Nothing has been repaired. Sick of being lied to. Buyers beware! ! The sales rep and sales manager has no power. They just want to get you into the dealer. The GM Alex Garcia and especially the one name Jeremy just ! The sales rep and sales manager has no power. They just want to get you into the dealer. The GM Alex Garcia and especially the one name Jeremy just sits in the back behind the computer scheming any way to squeeze an extra dollar out of you via fees and taxes. They iced us out for hours each time 15 -20 mins each going back and forth on terms because they won’t talk to you directly. You’ll talk to sales person AND manager all they can say is they’ll go back to ask GM. 20 mins later they’ll say they can’t because GM said so. Do this 3+ time and GM still won’t talk to you directly. So I walked straight to the back to clarify the $1700 in erroneous fees!! They’ll mandate you to use their overcharged third party agency to file your title in a different state they have no jurisdiction on. I wanted to register my own title and they would not budge because it’s their policy. I looked up VW and Texas policy then they changed the story that it’s their office policy ONLY VW Cypress. How convenient. The fee to file ourselves is $295 total. They wanted $1700 on top of other docs and fees we agreed to. I asked them to show me how how they compute the fees or the inputs they’ve put it. He yelled NO! If you don’t want to pay then leave! DONT BUY” after wasting my time at that point 5 hours. One of the ridiculous tax was “luxury property tax” of $825. I googled the exact tax and shared that is only for luxury car valued over $150,000. Not a single car in the dealership is worth that much. Why are they charging me $825??? They would not remove it. They claim we would get that refunded back if that was not the case. No where in any of their documents said they would refund us that amount. I sent over an amendment to clarify the refund and they would not sign. The GMs were upset we negotiated a deal and didn’t finance through them. You know they make money from financing and fees not actually selling the car. Like the ridiculous anti theft device that is actually just an edge sticker of a number all over the inside of car. We have our own actual anti theft device but they won’t take the charge off because they paid to put that on. Lies. It comes standard to every single car in there. This is a used car the previous owner already paid for the sticker. “Oh but we put a new one.” Lies. The number is etched on to the parts. You can’t remove old one and put new ones. Then Bryan sales manager asked to split the charge but ultimately never took it off with the back and forth. They want every single fee they can charge you. Beware that you can negotiate a price come in ready to sign and they’ll slap on all sorts of crazy charges on you. I’M WAITING FOR YOU TO REFUND MY $825 FAKE LUXURY TAX. The $500 service fee is ridiculous. You not letting me register my own title is ridiculous. I own it. I paid for car in full. You cannot hold onto my title. More

We checked last week only to discover the car arrived Dec 23rd and was sold D Kept tracking portal as we knew time was getting close for arrival. We checked last week only to discover the car arrived Dec 23rd and was sold Dec 24th. Contract states person has 5 days to pickup when notified. We received no phone call, text, or email. We called to inquire this past Sunday on what happened. They said it was marked down wife came in, looked at car and declined. Complete fabrication of a lie and it was physically impossible for her to do that on those days. No communication with dealer either. They have since not returned anymore correspondence. Have filed a complaint with corporate VW. Very Shady and unethical practice. Be warned about buying a car here. More
