Juan Gallegos at Service and Nelson Santibañes at Sales have always treated me politely and professionally. However, some things do get out of their scope. As a realtor I rely on my vehicle a lot. After it hit 30K Miles, it started leaking oil. This added to the fact that from initial point I reported it consuming oil and having to tap it off every couple thousand miles. Not the usual treatment for a brand new vehicle. I've never experience this before with any of my brand vehicle purchases. It has taken several visits for service. Until today 6/05/23 it has not been resolved. Not sure if I bought a defective factory vehicle. I am expecting my dealership to assume this seriously and replace the vehicle if needed per warranty. I expect the brand to back their name and keep me under their wings. No reason for me to have this kind of issues so early on my vehicle's life spam. More
Excellent experience. Nate was helpful from explaining the car to showing me videos on it, to staying in contact during the waiting period before it arrived and finally Na Nate was helpful from explaining the car to showing me videos on it, to staying in contact during the waiting period before it arrived and finally Nate stayed late to help me orient to the car and explain everything after the car came. Our experience here was wonderful! Our salesman, Zach was awesome, and he and the team were willing to work with us to find an Atlas in our budget. The process was smooth and easy, and they actually have vehicles in stock! F&I was not a painful experience like it usually is, because Brandon made it easy. We would definitely come back and will also recommend this dealership to our friends and family. More
The customer service in front desk by Luke was excellent. I was told my car was ready but to wait a little longer because it was about to be washed and vacuumed so I said yes of course. When I received my car it was exactly as dirty as it was when I arrived at dealership, inside and outside, I checked everywhere and nothing had been cleaned or vacuumed, they did put a clear wrap on the VW logo on wheel but I'm not sure for what. The worse part is that there were (or actually are because I will have to clean them) marks of black sole of boots. I totally don't mind if service department doesn't wash the car after servicing it but I do mind not taking care of it as you do, for example putting a paper or plastic cover on the carpet area of car and top of it where they will place parts or things as they work on it. I waited extra time for nothing. More
Stealing from military veterans! Do not shop at this dealership. They will tell you one thing and bait and switch you. Went to buy a vw electric car and they said a mobile charging cable would be included but they never put it in the car. Even I called them they said it's in the compartment and they must have moved it during cleaning. It wasn't in there and then their story switches to "well it was included in the 2022 but now vw doesn't give them for free on the 2023 models. I explained to them that I was told during the transaction that the mobile charging cable would be in there so it's their responsibility to provide it. All they can tell me is well the sales agent says he never promised it. It's sad that during military appreciation month a dealership would take advantage of military war veteran. Slim ball dealers need to be held accountable for their misleading sales practices. Support the troops until it's time to basically steal from their pockets. This is unAmerican behavior.
