Had to call at 7 or 8 times just to be told I wouldn’t be able to pick up my car til the next day cause my advisor had left for the day and hadn’t finished my paperwork after I was told I could pick up my car earlier in the day. Juan did stay late so I could pick up my car, very appreciative of that. More
I took my VW Beetle into VW Clear Lake on Wednesday January 18th to have some work done. There was a popping sound and my service engine light was on. They did some work to it, which I'm sure it needed January 18th to have some work done. There was a popping sound and my service engine light was on. They did some work to it, which I'm sure it needed. My invoice was $1,200 and yet my service engine light was still on. The service advisor (Moises Robles) told me the technician was new, but that he had reset the engine light and would go off shortly. The engine light is still on. Today is Wednesday February 22nd. I called about 2 weeks ago and spoke to someone (I did not get his name) about bringing the car in for the engine light and getting it inspected. The person I spoke to said "No problem, bring it in and we will inspect the car and take care of the engine light problem as well. I asked if it was okay if I waited for the car and he said that that would not be a problem. I came in yesterday, Tuesday February 21 and once again I had to speak to the service advisor (Moises) and he wanted me to leave the car so the check engine light could be looked at. I did not want to leave the car and risk having to pay more money for the same problem. I did not leave the car, instead I just left. There were other issues with the car when I picked it up the first time in January and I made a point of telling the service advisor that I would come back at a later date to have those issues resolved. Tuesdays visit was only for the engine light and inspection. I am finding it hard to believe that this dealership could not solve the issues and have the car repaired properly. I wanted to get the car repaired and trade it in for another VW. But I have decided to buy somewhere else. More
BUYER BEWARE! !!! We purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangle for my daughters first car on her 16th birthday. They said they needed to run it through inspection before we t !!! We purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangle for my daughters first car on her 16th birthday. They said they needed to run it through inspection before we took it home. It took them 2 weeks and a lot of calls to get it back. When we picked it up and drove it 2 miles, the engine was knocking and smoking so we turned around and they told us all Jeeps do this!!! We made them take it back to the shop. They had it for almost another month!!!! Already made the first payment but haven't driven the vehicle. 2 days after being home, the power window motor went out, I was able to fix it for $100. Then the Oil Sending Unit went out (which they said they fixed while it was there), that cost me $900. I brought in the extended warranty they sold us for $2000 just to find out a lot of the engine components aren't covered. We didn't even get a paper to tell us what is covered. Then to top it all off, I looked at the paperwork and realized they added in a wheel and tire protection package that we didn't ask for (for a used car, really!!!) and they charged us $3000 for that as well. The customer service is horrible, the dealership is the worst I have ever been too. The general manager and the service manager don't care about customers, all they care about is the bottom dollar. So we got a crappy vehicle that seems to break down a lot and a warranty that's not worth the paper it is on and got stuck for another $3000 for something that we will never use in a wheel and tire protection package!!! JUST DISGUSTED ABOUT EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU HAVE ANY CHOICE. More
