Juan Gallegos at Service and Nelson Santibañes at Sales have always treated me politely and professionally. However, some things do get out of their scope. My 2022 Atlas was purchased back in Nov. 2021. As have always treated me politely and professionally. However, some things do get out of their scope. My 2022 Atlas was purchased back in Nov. 2021. As a realtor I rely on my vehicle a lot. After it hit 30K Miles, it started leaking oil. This added to the fact that from initial point I reported it consuming oil and having to tap it off every couple thousand miles. Not the usual treatment for a brand new vehicle. I've never experience this before with any of my brand vehicle purchases. It has taken several visits for service. Until today 6/05/23 it has not been resolved. Not sure if I bought a defective factory vehicle. I am expecting my dealership to assume this seriously and replace the vehicle if needed per warranty. I expect the brand to back their name and keep me under their wings. No reason for me to have this kind of issues so early on my vehicle's life spam. More

Excellent experience. Nate was helpful from explaining the car to showing me videos on it, to staying in contact during the waiting period before it arrived and finally Na Nate was helpful from explaining the car to showing me videos on it, to staying in contact during the waiting period before it arrived and finally Nate stayed late to help me orient to the car and explain everything after the car came. He is still helping with questions as well. Excellent! More
