If I could give less than one star for their service department I would. You make an appointment you drop your vehicle off and they can't get to it till 6 dais later, and they don't call you to tell you department I would. Phone lines always busy voicemail box full. Never will come here again I'll travel 30 + miles to go to a different dealership now. More

This dealership should close the repair shop! !! For me to have been driving a Volkswagen since the 80's...I know that Volkswagen is a well made vehicle. Porsche, Audi, Bugatti, Bentley, have a Vo !! For me to have been driving a Volkswagen since the 80's...I know that Volkswagen is a well made vehicle. Porsche, Audi, Bugatti, Bentley, have a Volkswagen engine and the list goes on...these vehicle's require a certified mechanic. They advertise they have CERTIFIED Mechanics??? That seems to be a JOKE!!! There is NO way that you can take your car in for one thing and leave with another. While driving down the street more problems arise! Jeff Davis the Director of Operations is NOT doing his job, he is covering up for all the mistakes being made in his department. Jeff blatantly LIED to my face several times, he claim that he watched the Mechanics repair my car.. but when I came Back,(45min. later)he said the mechanic stated the seat was in a forward position and stuck?? The LIES people tell! WOW!! I drove into the dealership with my seat working perfectly fine. I even tried asking for the mechanics name that "worked" on my car and he would not give me his name because he knew he was in the wrong. Staff is constantly changing which means management is HORRIBLE!! No one there has longevity!! Sad no one last long, you can't build a relationship with anyone.. I should have stayed with Archer Dealership!! More
