Was instead sent to collections. After disputing the charges with 4 or 5 different collection agencies over the years, VW finally reported a write off on my credit file. My recommendation: Don’t do business Ruth individuals that won’t keep their word; especially the Manager of the dealership. This was my 3rd and final VW. I guess I should’ve learned not to do business with VW after my 2nd car, the Jetta TDI that lied on the emissions verification. Simply dishonest. More

I never stepped a foot in Clear Lake, TX throughout this purchase. My family is pleased by the 2023 VW Atlas and my pockets appreciates the low monthly payment.
