To our valued customers; Momentum VW of Clear Lakes wants to make sure we provide customers with the best possible respect and highest level of customer service available in the automotive market today. What Mrs. Reyes described is not consistent with the ethics or quality of service that we pride ourselves on as a dealership. That is why we launched an internal audit of this Mrs. Reyes service records. Due to the claims in these online reviews we felt it was imperative that we improved her experience and fixed any wrongdoings or negligent service work. What we found shed light on the actual facts of the situation. In summary, the customer has spent $298.58 in Factory Scheduled Maintenance and has spent $281.34 in repair work since purchasing the vehicle in 2010, which was over 3 years, 4 months and 53,121 miles ago. The dealership has completed multiple diagnostics, bulb replacements, and a $452.74 repair bill at no charge to the customer and with no reimbursement through VW because hey were not warranted components or issues. This review has been very misleading. The customer did not pay hundreds of dollars a second time for a carbon build up issue. The dealership paid for it out of our own goodwill. We pride ourselves on providing the members of our community with the best possible service and would never intentionally break customer’s vehicles to generate service work.
