Update to previous review I spoke with The service manager Richard and he said they were trying to improve the service department. He promised me they would get my service issu I spoke with The service manager Richard and he said they were trying to improve the service department. Gloria the service advisor was very nice and helpful however in general the overall communication and thoroughness of the operation need to be improved still. A much better experience than all the previous ones and I believe they are sincere about improving the service level in the future. They did fix my car and I believe the work was done correctly and I was treated very fairly. More
