Nice enough staff. Had an appointment to pick up my vehicle but it wasn’t ready. When I asked why didn’t you charge it he said the charger was occupied. He didn’t even bother to tell me until I asked. Ridiculous. I left with nothing detailed and low state of charge. I was ok about it not being cleaned I can do that myself. But if it were a gas powered car it would be full of gas. Therefore I expected it to be full of electricity! More

Their customer service is impeccable, BUT lets talk about the under crust. This dealership is bogus. They pad your deal with junk fees an unnecessary services.
