Horrible dealership avoid at all cost what a horror show this has been with this dealership. Not Nick I guess, but oh boy, where do I start. Their finance lady apparently forgot to take the down payment the day we got the car. Then I had to go there to make payments and do some minor cosmetic repairs that they promised to do. And the loaner vehicle they gave me had a cracked windshield I immediately called them to let them know about it with a picture. And the second day that loaner car has its battery died on me TWICE. and somehow they said it's my fault? wow. who gives out a loaner car with cracked windshield and dead battery??? I do not know. they treated me like crap just because I bought a used vehicle although they made insane amount of money on the vehicle. They messed up the final invoice by putting in charges that I never signed up for. This should/will go to court if they lie and not pay my grounded lease as promised. I never signed up for their warranty called 'portfolio' and yet it showed up on my bill of sale. Why when I asked Laura she said accounting does not have any space to put in payment for grounded lease. Because I paid for my VW lease's last month payment and disposition fee in my loan payment. I never paid for any portfolio fee or any warranty whatsoever! All I have a proof that their manager Koda wrote on they will pay the fees once the deal is funded. Now I am not sure when that will happen. But it better be true! I have a loaner vehicle with dead battery and I do not know if it jump start tomorrow to be able for me to drive it there tomorrow so I can get my OWN vehicle. This is messed up. And SOMEONE must take responsibility for this and apologize. This is not acceptable. AVOID this dealership at all cost because no matter how good a sales person is if the management is not honest and have poor customer service then you are in for a horror show like I have been. Buyer be aware! More

My car was serviced and everything I asked to be looked at was thoroughly inspected. Car was cleaned and detailed. It may be cleaner than when I bought it. Outstanding Customer Service!!! My husband had initially gone into the dealership to browse vehicles back in March 2020. Riley Craddock was his sales associate. He explained to her that he was looking and pricing and wasn't ready at the moment but would be around June or July 2020. She proceeded to give him outstanding customer service even though he was browsing. Needless to say when we came back this past weekend and we sought her out. Again we initially were not intending to purchase at this time but Riley was exceptional and proceeded to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond to see if she could find the vehicle we were looking for. Everything fell into place and we found a vehicle and a deal we just could not pass up. Thank you Riley for making this a positive car buying experience. More
