I had a terrible experience buying a car here. I was given one quote over the phone. Only to be given another much higher quote once I arrived at the dealership. I'll admit that I'm addicted to VWs -- I'm on my 4th one now! Although I recently moved to the NASA/Clear Lake area and just discovered the Clear Lake VW Dealership, they were there for me when I popped in now! Although I recently moved to the NASA/Clear Lake area and just discovered the Clear Lake VW Dealership, they were there for me when I popped in unannounced (with no appointment) because my "low tire pressure" light came on. The service agent was really friendly and got my car in pronto. There was no real problem, and the recommendation that I get new tires was soft sold (the agent heard me when I said I can't get them right now). Thank you, Clear Lake! More
