The service I had an appointment was to basically get an oil change and inspection. I thought it would be about 2 1/2hours. I got a text thanking for my service with them. I called them 4 hours later, ve oil change and inspection. I thought it would be about 2 1/2hours. I got a text thanking for my service with them. I called them 4 hours later, vehicle not ready. Then they told me I needed other work. I left the car and picked it up the next day. I felt if other work was needed I would have not waited around. The service dept. should be more knowledgeable to customers about service needs. In the past I've worked with Gloria Alaniz. Enjoyed the knowledge and customer relationship! More

After longer than half an hour and multiple calls I was finally was able to to talk to someone to find out when my car would be ready..About a year ago during an oil change the oil tank was broken and I had to pay for it .I have noticed these changes since the dealership changed hands.Today when I spoke to the service department manager he ,rather than listen to my complaint started to interrogate me and and talk over me..Not what I expected from a service manager dealing with a complaint.I was not able to talk to the general manager either. The managerial style leaves a lot to be desired.Perhaps part of the problem is a high turn over of employees in that department .At this time,I will take my business elsewhere and my current car will be the first and only VW car. I regret that I sent several customers to Clear Lake VW and hope that they have a better experience than my mine. I suspect that part of the problem with this dealership is the fact there are no other VW dealerships in this part of town and therefore they don't have the motivation to provide a better service to their customers. Service team neglects needs and takes forever to complete job. I regret leasing an Arteon from VW and highly considering terminating all services with VW to go with Audi. It took 1 full day for the team to c job. I regret leasing an Arteon from VW and highly considering terminating all services with VW to go with Audi. It took 1 full day for the team to change out a tire. And when they offered to refurbish my rims, with appointment set, the service woman (not listed) said to drop the car off at 7am to be picked up same day. Nothing was done the entire time. I did have some relatively major repairs to have done on the car and it took over a month to do. There is still a piece missing in the outside of my car that they failed to replace in November. Do NOT purchase a VW from Clear Lake if you’re expecting par customer service. More

The service dept was nice enough to allow me to drop my vehicle off to them a day early because of my work schedule. They also finished working on my vehicle before my scheduled appt time and I was able to vehicle off to them a day early because of my work schedule.
