Gloria (who is not listed below), as always, takes good care of us, and keeps us up to date on the progress of the work. However, I realise times are difficult, but I wish you would get your loaner progra care of us, and keeps us up to date on the progress of the work. However, I realise times are difficult, but I wish you would get your loaner program organised ...... I would even take a rental !! It is so inconvenient to have to arrange drop-off and pick-up. The last time your guy dropped me off at work, Gloria called me in the afternoon saying that my car would have to stay in the shop an extra day. I was stuck at work with no way of getting home !! Gloria, as usual, took care of it and miraculously found me a loaner !! More

Bought my car from them at the end of July, haven’t made my 1st payment yet & have sooooo many problems with the car. To begin, I live an hour away from the dealership & on my way home from the purchase about 20 minutes in I notice a hissing noise coming from the front of the car. I also notice that there is a thin crack in the windshield that the peppers were covering, I specifically looked for cracks prior to purchasing & didn’t see any until the paper was moved. The next day I notice a loud rattle when I start the car, did not hear either during test drive. Later that day in a drive-thru I notice that same rattle when I rolled my window down. I contact the dealership, tell them the car is making noises that didn’t happen on the test drive. They tell me to bring it in, I drive another hour there just for a manager to “look at it” and tell me the noises are normal and all cars make them. He preceded to “man-splain” to me how I’m going to hear the throttles and belt make noises when I turn it on & how high mileage cars just do that. Not knowing my previous car got to 280,000+ miles and never made noises unless something was WRONG! He thought I was an idiot because I’m a women & preceded to talk down to me as such. Never had an actual mechanic look at it, just a manager telling me it’s normal. Prior to purchase I pointed out that the radio knob was missing & I want them to order one with my purchase, the sales lady reassured me they would, never got it. About 2 weeks in, the passenger head rest just falls apart as though it was rigged together, so now it just hangs there. But today put the icing on the cake, my ac is now no longer working! They have literally sold me a lemon 🍋!! Again, I haven’t made my first payment & I can say without hesitation that I hate my car & feel great regret in my purchase from them. More
Just had my alternator changed and all of my sensors recalibrated on my Tiguan. The service technician, Tyler, was outstanding and very knowledgeable of the vehicle. She gave off a disposition that she was too busy to acknowledge that I was standing by her station to ask her a question, and when I did get to finally ask her a question, her answer was incorrect (which I found out later). Sierra, my service attendant, was nice, tried to do what she had been trained to do, and in the end, I felt sorry for her, as she is in a crappy job with poor management. I've purchased several cars at this dealership, and over the past 20 years, management at this dealership has been consistently poor. The service director, Anthony, did get me a loaner vehicle, but it took me 6 phone calls to reach him. VW sends out a text after you leave your car with them stating that Anthony wants to make sure your experience with their service dept. was on point, if not, call him. His voice mail box was full. There are a lot of things that this dealership could do to improve their service department. I hope they can figure it out. More

VW of Clear Lake exceeded my expectations in my recent problem with an oil leak. Gloria provided excellent service from check-in to check-out and kept me informed. Ernesto, the service technician, provided video to analyze my problem and I was offered a courtesy ride to my home. The oil leak was fixed, and I will not be going to anyone else for oil changes or any other service on my Jetta. More

I took my car in for an oil change and had an issue with the manager Anthony. My service adviser Gloria whom I've known for over 10 years has always been very professional and makes sure I'm happy with my c the manager Anthony. Today Gloria was pretty busy when I went to pay my bill and the cashier gave me my keys and i went to my car and noticed that the tires had shine on them but the car had not been washed. I got really upset and went and got Gloria to see the car. We both walked over to Anthony and told him what we saw and I told him I was not happy with his employee who was supposed to wash my car and didn't. I also told him that ever since he took over as Manager that I am not satisfied with his shop staff. We went out together to see my car and He said 'give me key and let me go wash it myself. When he came back with my car i told him how i felt. I told him Manager to Manager the first thing out of your mouth should've been IM SORRY. But you beat around the bush and fix the issue and then you APOLOGIZE. I told him that the only reason I come to his shop is because I really like dealing with Gloria. I also told him that I would not be going back to Clear Lake VW and I would write a review on him. He said Thank You and Have a nice day and I responded with YOU CAN KISS MY '''''''''. I was really upset because this was the second encounter I had with Anthony. More
