VW CL is top notch! Everyone from sales to finance did everything they could to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Great experience all around. Everyone from sales to finance did everything they could to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Great experience all around. More
Quick in and out. I thought I needed new brakes and ended up not needing them. Most dealerships would've said okay and charged me. They did not. Honest service! My visit here to the used car lot this evening was terrible. Sales guy was nice, but the finance office is awful. Told them upfront this is what I want, they said ok. I get there and had several games terrible. Sales guy was nice, but the finance office is awful. Told them upfront this is what I want, they said ok. I get there and had several games played on me. Also, I caught they were putting a charge of $939 for some xx Clear coating on a used car, and $399 for VW swag bag, which is $30-$50ish, off the web. I could go into detail more, but I will save it for VW Corp, and social media. I’m not letting this go lightly. If you need a used car, go to Carvana. Much easier process and they bring the car to you, no games what so ever, very straight forward. Anyone that was charged the $939 for ceramic clear coat coating should have a 3rd party verify it, this place needs a fraud audit done on them. More
On the day of my visit, I had my 80-year-old parents with me, who were tired and hungry after a day of looking at cars. Richard kindly suggested that we take the car with us to grab a meal and discuss our options, with the agreement that we would return it by 8:00 PM. Despite my initial reluctance, we agreed, as both Musiq and Richard had been accommodating and understanding throughout our interactions. Upon our return to the dealership, we were met by Kayla, who introduced herself as Richard's boss. However, her approach was immediately aggressive, and before I could even speak or introduce myself, she bluntly stated, "Why are you wasting our time? You took our car for several hours, and you're not going to buy today." This abrupt change in tone left me taken aback and deeply disappointed. My father had even remarked during our dinner how pleasant the car shopping experience had been that day, only for it to be marred by Kayla's unwelcoming attitude upon our return. I felt disrespected and scolded by Sales Manager Kayla unfortunately her behavior alone was my decision not to do business with this dealership. Very unfortunate she is training others in their new roles. More

Air bag light came on, and I asked it be repaired on 2 separate 10k mile service intervals. Never repaired. Then I was charged $400 for it to be reset upon lease end. I paid a high price to extend miles twice, only to be charged an additional $400 for “excessive wear.” Disputed the charges with dealer, then VW, and requested a new bill. Was instead sent to collections. After disputing the charges with 4 or 5 different collection agencies over the years, VW finally reported a write off on my credit file. My recommendation: Don’t do business Ruth individuals that won’t keep their word; especially the Manager of the dealership. This was my 3rd and final VW. I guess I should’ve learned not to do business with VW after my 2nd car, the Jetta TDI that lied on the emissions verification. Simply dishonest. More
