Worst car buying experience ever! Finance lady lied to our faces. Lied to us about being able to remove extended warranty we did not want. After over 30 minutes of her offering to lower interest rate and our faces. Lied to us about being able to remove extended warranty we did not want. After over 30 minutes of her offering to lower interest rate and cut the warranty price in half we finally got her to remove it from the contract after her saying it was final and sent to the bank. Waited for 4 hours for the finance person to be a complete jerk. Refusing to answer questions to someone not on the note but the new owner was standing right there. We had a wonderful experience at VW of Clear Lake. We first met with Raul and got set up with a test drive in a 2019 Taureg. We really liked the older car. But we wanted a 2022 model. Shanicy was very helpful in pointing out the features of the newer car and guided us through the purchase process. The only downside to our experience was the long wait to get to the finance lady to sign papers. Pretty disappointed with this website being so out of date that our salespeople are not listed below. Literally the worse experience ever, 1st I could not bring outside finance, then they to not want me to finance with them and refinance immediately after. If I refinance somewhere after they want to mar bring outside finance, then they to not want me to finance with them and refinance immediately after. None of this was told to me until after they pulled my credit, and 5 hours later. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to purchase a vehicle.
