Worst car buying experience ever! Finance lady lied to our faces. Lied to us about being able to remove extended warranty we did not want. After over 30 minutes of her offering to lower interest rate and our faces. Lied to us about being able to remove extended warranty we did not want. After over 30 minutes of her offering to lower interest rate and cut the warranty price in half we finally got her to remove it from the contract after her saying it was final and sent to the bank. She was very disrespectful and misleading. After putting 15 k down and paying full price I couldn’t believe how we were treated. Never again will I deal with Volkswagen after this experience. More
