Awesome Customer service from Kenny. The RReason I gave 3 stars is that the car was supposed to be delivered with 9 miles on the odometer. The distance from the dealership to my house is roughly 50 miles, so rounding up, 100 miles on the odometer would have been ok. However, the car had 640 miles on the odometer and a slight scratch on the front right bumper which we realized next day as it was dark when we received the car. I think they should have disclosed that, as this was probably a demo vehicle and not a brand new one, which they did not say anything at all. More
I have enjoyed every vehicle I have purchased from VW Clear Lake. The sales people are great. The service department is okay, but has struggled with timely communication in the past. This is a mixed bag. The sales team is a bit over aggressive but do try really hard to work with you. Sales team would get 4 stars. the reason for this is that between driving the car and buy it a few items like the floor mats were taken out so we are having to wait for them to be delivered. Nick (our sales guy was outstanding. The service department is a hot mess. They are slower then anything ive ever seen. They kept my car for 3 months and at the end of that they replaced a battery at my cost and did the 50 service. Very uncommunicative even when you take the time to go in and see them in person. Service department gets 1 star maybe 1.5 More
