The service check was good but had some erroneous costs that were removed. They saw that my tires needed air but did not add any air to the tires. As a Three peat customer with multiple interactions, I must express my frustration with the lack of communication and adherence to agreements. Despite having a lease buyout deal in place after several att must express my frustration with the lack of communication and adherence to agreements. Despite having a lease buyout deal in place after several attempts to reach the dealership, I was unable to secure a response. Initially, I was interested in a newer model, but my credit score is not ideal. However, I have sufficient funds and a co-signer. My partner was also planning to purchase a vehicle upon her arrival, but the offered prices were excessive. Consequently, we opted for a lease buyout. While I understand that the company is relocating, it seems that my agreement was disregarded due to their assumption that I would accept the lack of communication and deviation from the terms. As a result, I have terminated the deal. Despite my efforts to explore alternative offers, it appears that my business is not being prioritized by the team. (Against my better judgment) I am hopeful that they will recall my positive customer experience and reconsider their approach.. The customer service has deteriorated significantly since my last interaction in 2022. I am deeply disappointed as a loyal customer with over seven years of experience with them. Instead of addressing my concerns, I am now bombarded with sales and offers via phone calls. It appears that there is a disconnect between the departments responsible for customer service. The excuse for poor customer service does not have anything to do with moving to another location. Living in the community of Lago Mar I will not currently recommend them to my neighbors as we all up the street from them now. I hope they get back to the customer service ways of the past. Excellent service from drop off to pickup! Tyler was outstanding. He was able to work in the service for our Beetle even though we did not have an appointment. Nice new facility.
