I took my car here 3 separate times(April29-Jul26, Aug5-Sept9, and Nov21-Jan17) and each time I left it they kept for minimum 6 weeks and then tell me its done only to have another issue with it that it did not have when i dropped it off and still not fixing the original issue. I was told by my warranty company that the dealership service department was trying to "haggle" with them over standard repair times for replacing a control arm stating it would take triple the amount of time to make the repairs when there is a standard set time that all warranty companies follow set my the manuals of the cars. The first time i took my car they had it for 3 weeks before contacting the warranty company. They tried to blame it on the fact that the warranty company is not via VW but they are standard warranty and cover just as any other company covers warranties. I have had no issues with my warranty company covering standard warranty issues. VWCL just had the car sitting out in the lot waiting on a module to repair the automatic window roll up function. I contacted the manager Jeff Hanlon to let him know that I was dissatisfied with the service dating back to my first experience in March and communication of his staff (first Jessie then Dean/Logan) they were very rude to me when contacting them and even one time told me that they could not look at my car because the date was March 31 and they could not take in new cars on the last day of the month bc it would affect their dealership stats. I have never heard a customer turned away for that reason in my life! When I contacted Jeff he was assistive at first in regards to getting me into a loaner car until the service could be completed. Once "repaired" they called me to pick up my car picked up my car after about 2 months and sunroof would not open and the car started to turn off on me on the freeway as i was driving home that evening (something about a canister) which I had never had an issue with before. Took it straight back to Jeff who said he would directly deal with my car and put his best mechanic on my vehicle. After 2 months of being told that the part was on back order (and contacting another dealer to see if they had any in stock (which they did) VWCL finally gave my car back only this time it was making a new sound I had never heard and it was shaky. My husband put the car on a lift at his job and the problem the entire time was the control arm so once again, i contacted Jeff thinking he would finally get this resolved. He had my car from Nov 21-Jan 17. When i got the receipt from the January repairs there was listing of things that the advisor says they recommended for me to do however i never spoke to any advisor only jeff via text messages and he never mentioned anything else. I called him to ask why they had not mentioned the other service that needs to be done and he did not respond. I called and texted him to let him know that i was unaware of the other service needed and find out what all this meant but he did not respond to my text or voicemails after my car was picked up. Meanwhile I have had back surgery in December so I have not driven my car much since i got it back however i was headed on a road trip last Friday when my car stalled out on me on the side of the freeway. this time had the car towed to another reputable dealership and they took 2 days to diagnose and tell me that the work done at CLVW (wrongly installed left axle shaft popped out and ruined splines). I sent text Jeff to let him know that other dealrshp confirmed that the work was incorrectly installed and caused more damage and he responds asking me if he can do the repairs for me... sorry but my response was a firm "xxxx NO" not to be an xxx but because i have only had my car 14 months and he has had it at least 6 of those 14. He sent me a big fat MIDDLE FINGER then unsent the message. UNPROFFESSIONAL! More
Most folks are decent. Sales managers pressure you to buy. They didn't let me look at the inventory, they chose a vehicle for me that fit my monthly payment range. Stay away from this dealership. They still use outdated sleazy sales tactics and drag out the process for no reason. They are not transparent or truthful. Back in December 2024 they were trying to tell me they only had one 2024 model left of the model I was looking at but their website showed more than 10. Guess what, it's 2025 now and they still have all those 2024s. I was ready to buy but they were playing games with the price, trade in, etc. I ended up buying elsewhere and doing mostly everything online. They kept calling me still in December and I asked them to stop. It's January 2025 and I'm still getting calls. I answered and asked to stop, the person who called just hung up without saying a word. This is not a good place to buy a car from! More

My Andres I just bought 2025 Volkswagen. I am satisfied with the car but not with the sales person and the manager. There names are Cris salcedo and James Morgan. They are nothing but lies. No returned calls. I feel like after they sold me the car ( which I felt pressured) that they didn’t care. Nice enough staff. Had an appointment to pick up my vehicle but it wasn’t ready. I wanted it fully charged and the sales manager told my salesman to put it in the fast Had an appointment to pick up my vehicle but it wasn’t ready. I wanted it fully charged and the sales manager told my salesman to put it in the fast charger while they finish up my paperwork. Finally after 2 hours they bring my car around with 34% charge. When I asked why didn’t you charge it he said the charger was occupied. He didn’t even bother to tell me until I asked. Ridiculous. I left with nothing detailed and low state of charge. I was ok about it not being cleaned I can do that myself. But if it were a gas powered car it would be full of gas. Therefore I expected it to be full of electricity! More
As a dealership as a whole, they are pretty decent. The service department, I’ve had issues with over the years. Many people forget that VW is expensive so be prepared to pay more.
