My husband and I enjoyed our experience with B Will, Although he was thorough we never had any information on all the different buttons and functions of the car. We have had a lot of issues with pairing our phones and the stop/start function and almost had an accident changing lanes on a feeder road driving home as the Tiguan stopped and lost power. We feel the attention we needed for all the different functions was never given. Thank you. More
Nice new convenient location but not impressed with service department. Spent hour and a half gettin oil change and tire rotation that cost additional $35.00 Got low tire air warning on way home. Checked air pressure when I got home and 3 tires way low and 4th tire was too high. Car specs 38 psi and 3 tires varied within a pound and a half of 32 and the 4th one was 41.5 Just thought since they rotated tires that checking them would be included. More
I really want to give ZERO STARS. This terrible dealership lied to my 16 year old daughter, where she spent all of her savings on her 1st car. They sold her a car with TONS of problems, then said they'd fix the issues, which was just ANOTHER LIE. My kids is out all of her money and the dealership is doing nothing but letting the car sit there. I WILL tell EVERYONE I KNOW how absolute TRASH this place is. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Look at the Google reviews, I'm not the only one in this situation!!!! More

Good afternoon, Luke. I have been calling on several occasions regarding my 2019 Atlas Here is a list of conversations: • March 5 $2000 VW Clearlake Down payment part I have been calling on several occasions regarding my 2019 Atlas Here is a list of conversations: • March 5 $2000 VW Clearlake Down payment partial • March 7 $500 VW Clearlake down payment • March 8 Picked up vehicle • March 9 Contacted Dylan about wheel shaking when pressing brakes • March 12 Contacted Dylan about bringing vehicle in date • March 17 Contacted Dylan Still waiting to bring Atlas in • April • Contract had to be resigned due to a financing issue. The vehicle was left to be diagnosed for check engine light and wheel shaking • Spoke to Luke about returning the vehicle due to problems not resolved. Reassured me that he would be taken care of. I was told the vehicle is safe to drive. • I was told Atlas needed a steering kit that was on back order for a year and once received I would get a call and the part would be installed. I never received a call. I called the Parts Dept on July 3, 2025, and was told the part was in. I was transferred to service and an appointment was set up to bring the vehicle in on July 8, 2025. I dropped it off on the 7th due to transportation and work. Spoke to Tyler for status and told tech is ready to install. Just waiting approval from Luke to see if they will be paying for it. I was told the vehicle is out of warranty and it is not. I was supposed to receive a call back from Luke today after being on hold for 30 minutes on Saturday. Several calls have been made. This is not how businesses should operate. I have to pay someone or Uber to work. In the process of getting the vehicle everyone was quick to assist. Now, I can't get any communication. I will be expecting a call back today. Please reply today. I feel as though I have been saddled with a Lemon and might need to investigate the Lemon Law or/and get an attorney. I was so excited to work with you all and now feel this may have been the worst mistake of my life. There is a lack of urgency and respect for your customers.
