After being told there was a vehicle in the lot that I wanted, we drove up to be told it wa Did not have a pleasant buying experience from this place. After being told there was a vehicle in the lot that I wanted, we drove up to be told it wasn't for sale yet as it just came off the truck and hadn't been detailed or ready for purchase. Shady salesmen didnt give me the rebates I was eligible for because if my job. Came back for my first oil change and called to say I would be late because of road construction holding up traffic. Lady on the phone was incredibly rude to us, telling us we had 15 minutes to get there or else it wouldn't get rescheduled for same day(called 20 minutes before appointment time). I love my VW, it's a great car and I will own more, however next time I'm in the market to buy I will travel further to find a different sales place. More

Terrible costumer service No commutation after 2 weeks when it was supposed to be a 1 day service. Did even fully complete service when they said it was finished. Treated Very Badly ! I do not recommend dealing with this dealership! I was interested in a vehicle, and was told that it was available, but they were waiting for it to be I do not recommend dealing with this dealership! I was interested in a vehicle, and was told that it was available, but they were waiting for it to be out of their shop. I called and was told, " We are still waiting for it to get out of our shop". I said okay as soon as it is out I will drive up and get the vehicle. They call not even an hour later to tell me it is out, and ready to go. They then tell me to fill out a finance application. I go straight home and fill it out, and get ready to leave to travel over an hour to get the vehicle. They call to tell me that someone is at the lot, and is on a test drive with the vehicle that I have been waiting for 3 days to get out of the shop. They then inform me the only way I was still able to get the vehicle was to put $500.00 down over the phone. They also then stated, " We do not hold vehicles. They did not inform me of this 3 days before when they continued to tell me the vehicle was still " In the shop". I was not asking them to hold the vehicle for me. I waited 3 days for the vehicle to be "out of the shop" just to be told they let someone ahead of me. I have never been disrespected so badly. I will never buy from this dealer or even look at a vehicle from this dealer. You don't treat people like this. If you want to get your hopes up for finding a vehicle, but then be told that someone is on a test drive. They're your type of people! More

Excellent Service The headlight on my Jetta failed. When I called the service representative told me to bring my car in and they would fix it immediately. They replaced the headlight and performed a multi-point inspection on the car. They told me I needed new windshield wipers, which I asked them to replace. About an hour after dropping off my car, I was on my way with a new headlight and new wiper blades. I could not ask for better service. More
