They do a nice job. The place is old but they keep it clean and comfortable. They don’t seem to have any of the high end Audi’s in there. I guess not a lot of Clarksburg hobos buying those. I’ve had a series of excellent interactions with VW in Clarksburg. It actually started as a problem that my OLD dealer couldn’t seem to figure out. Anyhow, after asking me a lot of questions and talking Clarksburg. It actually started as a problem that my OLD dealer couldn’t seem to figure out. Anyhow, after asking me a lot of questions and talking through the problem the Clarksburg dealer was able to fix my car properly the FIRST time they had it. In addition to that they have been a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and attentive. I have since been back numerous times as they are now my dealership got all of my servicing. I am super excited about the new dealership they are moving to in Bridgeport and will definitely buy my next one from them. I’ve been driving VW for a number of years. I normally buy and have my car serviced at my local dealer. I happened to be In the Bridgeport area and all of a sudden my new 2019 Atlas wouldn’t start. I fig buy and have my car serviced at my local dealer. I happened to be In the Bridgeport area and all of a sudden my new 2019 Atlas wouldn’t start. I figured this would ruin my day. VW had it towed to the Clarksburg WV dealer and they were awesome. They gave me an Atlas to drive while they worked on mine AND delivered it to my home the next day (90 miles away). That level of service is hard to find. It impressed me so much that I will now be making the trip to Clarksburg to buy my next one More
