Mike in the service center deserves recognition for providing outstanding service. Our Cross Sport had a wiring issue that needed fixed. The problem was we just can’t be without a vehicle. He arranged for me to have a ride to work the morning of our appointment and then had a loaner car in my parking lot waiting for me at the end of the day. The VW was in their shop for 3 days and on day 3 they brought my Cross Sport back to my work for me looking brand new. He made a tough situation so easy for us and the detail they did on the car was a super nice added bonus. More
