Even though under new ownership, the guys at the service counter have yet to learn actual customer service skills and are constantly condescending to me as a female. I understand their job is to sell things but I also understand when I’m being spoken to like I don’t understand anything about cars, right down to things as simple as checking oil. They have no actual idea what they’re telling you and just bs some reason why the tech added it to the list of things to consider having done to your car. I mainly am only even filling this out because Seth told me on my last visit to “provide all 10s and yes on the survey and if I feel it wasn’t all 10s and yeses, don’t even bother filling it out”. Real sick of the constant garbage from these guys. The new service manager is great but his low hanging fruit need to stop trying so hard to sell you on things you don’t actually need. More
