The service for the vehicle was prompt The service department even fixed a warranty issue which was caused by my previous program I've experienced. I set up an appointment, but when I got there, they didn't have it in their records. They went ahead and helped me out that day, but they couldn't fix what I came up there to fix, because they had to o didn't have it in their records. No explanation of repairs, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, they NEVER answer the service department phone, had to return TWICE for errors with my repair (once on a tow truck!), they shift blame for errors, car was NEVER answer the service department phone, had to return TWICE for errors with my repair (once on a tow truck!), they shift blame for errors, car was returned with a chemical smell inside and the rearview mirror wire cover on the floor board, service advisor is RUDE and unhelpful. By far the worst experience with a car service center and a huge disappointment as a VW owner. More
