Volkswagen Brandon - Service Center

This was by far the worst experience I've had at a dealership, never again will I trust this dealerships with my car. The customer service was poor, and some guy by the name Seth refused to take respo dealership, never again will I trust this dealerships with my car. The customer service was poor, and some guy by the name Seth refused to take responsibility for not putting my car back together probably. The car died with me in a parking lot after Seth told us everything was fine with the car, and when I spoke to him, he again refused to acknowledge and take accountability for an error that they made. Even after finding out that they did not mount to coils properly, he still insist that it was something I did to cause the car to die after leaving the dealership. So never again will I step foot in that lot. More
