I paid $180 for an hour diagnostics then went bought the part @ Napa and put in myself. My sensors were still lit on my dashboard I couldn’t get off so I had to take back to Volkswagen dealer and they char part @ Napa and put in myself. The Service Department has clearly surpassed my expectations! Every time I have a question about maintenance or getting a repair completed, Antoine and Seth are always there to meet me with good ne expectations! Every time I have a question about maintenance or getting a repair completed, Antoine and Seth are always there to meet me with good news. My car was in need of a serious look around. They completed the diagnostics and found that my spark plugs and coils were out. Though it was needed, I wanted to upgrade my coils anyway so it was perfect timing. I have installed the Bosch R8 coils and I couldn't be happier. The service team is exceptional and I know I can count on them to do the right thing every visit. More
