Although giving a 5 star for the service, I do not recommend the dealer due to practices. I have a road hazard package that I recalled having after receiving the MPI. Had I not remembered that, I woul recommend the dealer due to practices. I have a road hazard package that I recalled having after receiving the MPI. Had I not remembered that, I would have been charged almost $500 extra. I also paid for a tire rotation that would have been done anyway because I was informed that two new tires would be placed on the front. I spoke to the advisor about this when he called me after my first survey and explained that it should be the practice to look and see if the customer has road hazard coverage prior to quoting the price. Had I not remembered it, it would have been costly. Also, I was offered a credit for the tire rotation however to me it isn’t about the money as much as the principal so I declined the credit. More

Went in for an pild change, tire rotation and software update on the radio. Had a scheduled appointment and still waited for over 3 hours for it to be finished.
