The service took twice as long as quoted. I responded promptly to the text notifications asking if I wanted suggested services. They did not try to get us out until she was having a meltdown bc she was tired bored and hungry for lunch. There also was no changing table in the restroom. I had the worst experience of customer service. 100% taken advantage of as a female and obviously this is not a place you can trust.
