I had told her twice that a part had been replaced 2 times two weeks ago. It was the right rear speed scensor. She didn’t pass that info on to the mechanic. Time wasted. We aren’t happy right now. I was told that my car was ready for pickup and I replied that I would be there in an hour. When I paid I was told that my car would be right out . I went back in and was told my car was being washed. Nice gesture, but info delivered with a shrug. 20 minutes later I was finally given my car. I was also called back in to repeat paying the bill and later given a refund receipt for the duplicate payment. No effort was made to provide seating while I waited outside. Seats were occupied by employees. Wake up and put your manners on! More

Scheduled a detailed appointment over the phone and the service department (Carlos) had no clue why my car was towed in but, rather than ask, it sat untouched for days. When called he admitted he didn't know why it was there as "no one" told him. Said he had a shortage of service techs. Would be yet another 4 days before they got around to checking it out. Try any other true Volkswagen dealership and you will immediately see a major difference. They speak directly to you instead of texting and then ignoring your texts. I have been to other dealerships in the area but, had gone here because it was closest. Big mistake! Brandon also no longer offers rental cars for long repairs. Not so with the other dealerships. Choose wisely when you need potentially serious work on your car. This place is horrible. Before they ever looked at my vehicle, I received a call from the young woman who had scheduled the appointment. She said it appeared I had 'missed my appointment'. I asked her if she actually worked at this dealership or at a call center. She replied she was upstairs in the office. I replied to look out the window because my vehicle was still there, and service was unaware as to why. She apologized, admitted she was the one that made the appointment and most definitely had the reason down for the visit (she proceeded to read it to me) and that she would let her supervisor know. Also offered to have me speak to her supervisor which I declined as by this point, I had no face in their ability. So, the only shinning light in my experience was this woman. She deserves a raise! More
