I went back for same issue with my vehicle 3 different times within a 3 wk period. To then getting told the third visit I went to & get c/b from your “Service Manager” xx & he proceeds to tell me it’s my times within a 3 wk period. To then getting told the third visit I went to & get c/b from your “Service Manager” xx & he proceeds to tell me it’s my battery that’s bad. My response was they checked voltage on battery the first 2 times I came for same issue two weeks ago & battery was good , now a week later battery bad ?…. Went & bought new battery to see if true ; not at all with new battery the same error code for c/c & d/a….thankfully kept old battery had checked & was reading 13.1 with vehicle off . Was able to return new battery I bought & didn’t need More
