Service Department Manager xx Thakkar is very unprofessional, rude. After his department made a mistake quoting a service for my vehicle, I requested to talk to him. Thakkar brought me to his off unprofessional, rude. After his department made a mistake quoting a service for my vehicle, I requested to talk to him. Thakkar brought me to his office and started to yell at me. I immediately told him that as a new customer I deserve respect. I also stated that I was not one of his employees or any of his family member. I requested to talk to the General Manager (Glen McGuire) of the dealership and allegedly he stepped out to locate the GM. After few minutes I asked where was Thakkar and I was informed that he was gone. I never had the opportunity to talk to the GM. I was able to obtain the GM cell number. I sent a text to Mr. McGuire and he never responded back to me. Very disappointed as a new customer. I will never visit that dealership again. More

Appt was at 10 am. Was ask to wait in sitting room. At 10:20 went back out to make sure I hadn’t been forgotten. Was checked in about 10:25. Spoke with Carlos about right rear tire valve cap missing. Was reassured it would be replaced. When I got home it had not been replaced . I called and left detailed message on Carlo’s voicemail. I have still not had a return call or follow up. So yes I’m disappointed. More
Carlos has been very helpful and easy to contact when need be. Though I purchased my vehicle on 2018, and I have been getting my vehicle serviced here since then; this is the only time I got my car rin need be.
