Brought in my passat tdi for an issue with the hvac (heater not working) all of the parts and labor were covered under the tdi warranty, but after installing some new electrical parts and stating on th (heater not working) all of the parts and labor were covered under the tdi warranty, but after installing some new electrical parts and stating on the paperwork that it was all tested and the work was complete, when we received the car the heater was still non functioning. A note for the service technician: just because you replaced a relay and the new relay works it doesnt excuse you from testing the functionality of the system it was for, that is complete incompetence and it should have no place in a dealer service department that would usually charge upwards of $100/hr for labor. The people i spoke with were all kind, but at the end of the day it doesnt matter how kind ypu are if you cant to the job right the first time. Also, this is the second time this vehicle has been in for the same issue that wasnt repaired the first time. Maybe 3rd time is the charm........ More
I brought my car in for one specific issue and they ended up finding another concern and fixed that as well. I feel like most dealerships might not make you aware of separate issues your car has when it's st up finding another concern and fixed that as well. However, Brandon Volkswagen was quick to fix everything going. My car has been running smoothly ever since and I will definitely bring my car back to them when I need other help. Austin was my representative and he was very communicative throughout the whole process. He gave me weekly updates until my car was fixed and answered any questions I had. More
