TRIED TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SERVICE MGR FROM 430PM TILL CLOSING . I WAS BLOWEN OFF. TRANSFERED TO VOICEMAIL ETC. WAS UNABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. I BROUGHT THE 2020 PASSAT FROM THAT DEALER. I had a wonderful experience getting my vehicle serviced at Brandon Volkswagon on 3/4/21. I brought my car in for an oil change, 20,000 mile service, a tire rotation and to fix a recall. I opted to wait at at Brandon Volkswagon on 3/4/21. I brought my car in for an oil change, 20,000 mile service, a tire rotation and to fix a recall. I opted to wait at the dealership and I was in and out in just under 2 hours, from start to finish. The staff was extremely professional and friendly, and my Service Advisor, Brian Vega was very helpful and communicative. I received text updates on my phone while waiting. The waiting room was comfortable and clean. My car was washed and looked beautiful. The entire experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Brandon Volkswagon! More
