I think his name was Carlos but I don’t remember an introduction. I dropped my car off at 8:05a and I didn’t get it back until 1:30p. All I had was an oil change. I didn’t expect it to take half the day. This is the closest location to me so that’s the only reason I go there. More

The previous visit I brought my VW to get serviced here it was 5 stars. This past time it was an extraordinary long wait to get my car back for a simple window repair. Also I think the labor was a little b it was 5 stars. This past time it was an extraordinary long wait to get my car back for a simple window repair. Also I think the labor was a little bit overpriced. Maybe the repair was more intensive than I imagine, however I think when labor costs more than $700 and when the part is just over $100 it’s a little bit excessive. Also for the repair, I don’t know if they use protective cloths or not but the area the technician was working on is really really scratched up now. It looks like a cloud. Also I can’t prove it, I wish I paid more attention to my gas gauge before I dropped it off, but I could swear that the technician was using my car’s A/C while he was working on my vehicle. Again, I cant prove it, but all my settings were not where I left them when I dropped it off and my gas was definitely lower. Even the vents were not where I usually have them… I really do like the people who work there; they are all friendly and try to be helpful - but because they are so busy, a lot of times communication with the customer on updates get lost in the shuffle. I would ask a simple question like “will the vehicle be ready for pickup today?” and would be waiting around all day until 1-2 hours before closing to get a response back. Overall I would say my experience was ok. It wasn’t really bad but it wasn’t good either. I think next time I might try a different shop, unless it’s something only the dealer can fix. More
