They have a text message update system, but it can either be inoperative or not responded to. Prices giving over the phone were not accurate by at least 20% !! Wait time was inexcusable longer than promised at check in and over the phone by 85 minutes!!! Went there with a problem with my car. They called me and told me it was the timing that was off. Told me that my timing belt and idler pulleys looked good. That was because they were new. They called me and told me it was the timing that was off. Told me that my timing belt and idler pulleys looked good. That was because they were new. I asked how much to fix it. They told me $1800 I picked my car up and took it home. I’m not a VW trained mechanic and it only took me 4 hours with jack stands and a floor jack to fix it myself. A trained mechanic in a shop with a lift would take probably half that time. So I thought that was a insane amount for the job so would never bring my car back to this dealership. More
