Working with Ruben and Terrence was great. There were both very professional and made the car buying process pleasant. However, working with Gino in Finance was a real problem. He was pleasant enough but didn’t listen and it took almost 2.5 hours to get finished with him and we didn’t even buy any additional coverages. He said he had moved from New Jersey recently and complained about having to work on Sundays as well as complained about the long hours at the dealership. Also, I realize you are are using a new computer system, but he was incompetent with using much of it, even when getting help from Zack and switching to Zack’s office instead of Gino’s own office. My daughter and I were very frustrated with his incompetence and not listening to what we told him, and thought several times about getting up to leave. I can highly recommend Ruben and Terrence, but will tell any friends I refer to walk away before working with Gino. More
