This was my first car buying experience and it could not have gone worse. The dealership has a large selection of vehicles but the customer service was a nightmare. Do not believe the website about helping the customer and trying to make them happy. This is true until they know you are purchasing a vehicle and then you basically fall of the face of the earth to them. I also agree with the last post about the finance officer. He was extremely rude especially when he found out I was not financing through the dealership. My suggestion is to please not make the mistake that I did and decided to purchase a vehicle from them new or used. More

Cery poor and rude cusotmer service from finace guy. Lied to by the finance man. Was told one thing then over five days later wwithout notice was told something else.
