Jarrett was very knowledgeable, and informative when it came to the explanation for my 40,000 mile service. The dealership offered great amenities such as: WIFI, complimentary coffee (with a few select blends/flavors to choose from,) and a comfortable lounge to watch tv or read the local news paper. Unlike some service advisors at other dealerships I had the experience dealing with in the past; Jarrett did a fantastic job keeping me updated while I waited on my vehicle to be serviced. Not once, did I have to walk up to his desk to have him provide me an update or look out the service drive window to interpret an update on my vehicle for my self. Brandon Volkswagen definitely sets itself apart from other dealerships! More

Not trust worthy The dealer lied to me knowning that I lived over 2 hrs away to get me to drive there. I was trading in my car and the salesman told me a real good dea The dealer lied to me knowning that I lived over 2 hrs away to get me to drive there. I was trading in my car and the salesman told me a real good deal then once I arrived it was another story for the worst. The finace guy placed things in my loan that I was not comfortable with. He stated that was the only way the deal would have went through. They knew I drove to far to turn around. That was my second time at the dealership. The are so unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone at all!!!!!!! More
