If they treat customers like this even before purchasing the car, I could imagine their post-service experience. The poor, unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful customer service experience with the sales managers are what broke my deal with them. I'm so glad I turned away from them. More

John Oliva is the worst. I bought my Jetta here and the sales staff were good.
