I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anybody ever. There’s been two issues with my car the last two times my car has gone in for a service. The first time my whole front windshield was replaced without me being told and when I questioned the broken glass in the front where my seats are that was left in my car I never received a response. Mind you. My car went in for the clutch to be replaced so I’m not sure why my front windshield was even touched to behind with. And it also wasn’t replaced correctly either. The next issue was when I opened the hood of my car after receiving an oil change from them, someone had left a cigarette in the hood of my vehicle. Great service! More
I have not driven my VW EOS in 1.5 years because nobody knew how to fix it. The problem wasn’t that the car was not fixable the problem was the people were not qualified to diagnose and repair. Overpriced I brought my 2012 VW cc in for epc light and bad acceleration. I had it towed in on Saturday morning and did not get a diagnosis until Monday afternoo I brought my 2012 VW cc in for epc light and bad acceleration. I had it towed in on Saturday morning and did not get a diagnosis until Monday afternoon. I was told that there was multiple cyclinder misfires and that the ignition coils and spark plugs needed to be replaced at a cost of over 900 dollars, but with a discount over 800 dollars. Im not a mechanic but I had an Audi when the same thing happened and it did not cost that much nor did it take 2 hours to do the job. Of course I brought the car home and found a mechanic who did the job with OEM parts for 300 dollars. After spending over 3000 dollars I feel like not only did the service department did not value me as a customer and now have me wondering if I was ripped off with the previous work. We alll have to eat and pay bills and I am paying the mechanic for his knowledge and the overhead involved but I feel like that I should bend over and grab my ankles! I can say without a doubt that I will not recommend this shop to anyone and they have seen the last of my CC More

Service experience was fine.i thought I was nickeled and dimed on the bill. I was charged for using their tools. Give me a break!!!
