Hands down the worst experiences I've had with this dealership. I can say with 100% certainty I will NOT bring my vehicle back to this dealership as long as Johnny is working in the service department. He has to be the most unprofessional/disrespectful individual I've worked with. I'm still appalled on how he treated both myself and husband. Not to mention they kept my vehicle for a week with one excuse after another as to why they didn't have the ordered part. As soon as we got home another alarm starting dinging.
