This dealership tried to get me to spend money on repairs not needed. I was quoted an outrageous price for repair service and took my VW to a credited Foreign auto body shop. Came to seek assistance with a warranty replacement. They had the car from two weeks. Asked to have oil changed and care reviewed while there. After 2 weeks warranty was done. Had to bring car back for Oil Change and replace a key that mechanic broke. Asked to have the car checked and recommendations made. This was not done. This was the second time bringing in the car. Fir that mechanic broke. Asked to have the car checked and recommendations made. This was not done. This was the second time bringing in the car. First time they took care of warranty only and second time reiterated chack care for other service needs and rotate tires. They did not give solid recomendations, did not give me pricing of additional work. Spoke to manager Kevin about previous invoice. He stated an item on invoice labeled cylinder was a Key. Called another dealership and they verified it was not a key charge He also said he would call me Monday. That call back did not happen. All interactions point to a lack of professionalism and draw into question wether I can trust their work, charges or care for my vehicle Filling out surveys today. Dealership not interested in making things right or servicing the cars they sell to keep a positive relationship. More
Overall experience was great, all of my needs were met. The only downside was the relatively sparse inventory but I suppose that’s to be expected with a new model coming out in the near future.
