This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My sales associate AJ, was truly an expert on not only the vehicle that he showed me, but on the company as a whole. He was able to demon dealership. My sales associate AJ, was truly an expert on not only the vehicle that he showed me, but on the company as a whole. He was able to demonstrate how to use all the fancy safety features and explain what they did, and answer any questions I had with confidence. He was so friendly with both my daughters, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. AJ was very open and honest about all the different dealership fees that would add on to the total purchase price, and explained what they all were. He was quick to respond to any messages, and did a great job of keeping my needs and wants for the vehicle in mind when showing me different options. They gave me a good offer on my trade in, even though it was less than I owed on the vehicle. He and his manager Paul were even willing to come up on the trade in offer, but my vehicle has a bad accident from the previous owner on the carfax. Paul explained his reasoning for the offer which came directly from KBB (another dealership tried to offer me $2000 less with no rhyme or reason). I know dealership fees can be frustrating, but I think the fees at Volkswagen Brandon are fair compared to other dealerships in the area. AJ did definitely do his job as a car salesman and try to upset me, offering me finance options for New vehicles, but was completely respectful when I told him we weren't interested in financing or a new vehicle. He didn't keep pushing, instead focusing on trying to get me in a vehicle that fit our budget and that I loved. I absolutely adore my new 2023 Tiguan, and I 100% recommend Volkswagen Brandon for your vehicle needs. More

The price advertised online is not what was presented in store. The additional addons I was told was not optional which increased the cost of the car by 4k. Then I had to travel back to the dealership to ge store. The additional addons I was told was not optional which increased the cost of the car by 4k. Then I had to travel back to the dealership to get the documents signed which could not have been docusigned or mailed to me, but when I got there for the second time, I was given a run through of additional coverage which I had already declined as I was a cash buyer so there was no reason it could not have been done online. So I felt like I had my time wasted and the finance manager could not take time out of their day to do the paperwork even after I had paid in full which meant I had to drive a 4 hour round trip again the following week. I was not a customer but an upsell opportunity and that didn’t sit right with me. Aj however was very helpful and kept in contact with me, but It was overall a poor experience. More

Since 2002 I been dealing with Lakeland Volkswagen. Since they did ot have any 2025 GLI automatic, we decided to give Brandon VW a shot. Made an appointment since I live 2 hours away for a 2025 G Since they did ot have any 2025 GLI automatic, we decided to give Brandon VW a shot. Made an appointment since I live 2 hours away for a 2025 GLI. Arrived 30 minutes early and they were ready. Barely had any interaction with Maria Hager. Mostly was with the sales person, Miguel. Everything went fine until we went to the finance office. It was there then that we learned that three items were added to the price of the car (LoJack, Exterior and interior Protection, and Theft Trace) which is was not listed or noted online when I look for the car informaiton. Fianance person stated that this three items can not be removed since it was already installed/applied on the car. This is kind of dissapointment that this is not listed on their website. Even when dealing with Miguel or Maria it was never mentioned. Only at the final steps of financing. I don't hink this is right but it is what it is. When we arrived home and looked at all the paperwork, there was no informaiton/documentation at all on these three items that was added to the car. I went online and chatted with Jessica. Shortly after a received an email from a sale person statying that someon from financing will call me on Moday to explain about these three items. More
