My husband and I had an absolutely awful experience trying to get a car for our daughter through this dealership. We dealt with a sales person named Eddy, who completely wasted hours and hours of our t trying to get a car for our daughter through this dealership. We dealt with a sales person named Eddy, who completely wasted hours and hours of our time when all along he didn't have any vehicles available within the budget we discussed. He wouldn't give the price of ANY of the vehicles to our daughter and insisted on only revealing the monthly payments required. On top of all of this, they completely disappeared and left my daughter alone in the dealership for over an hour and when we called to find out what was going on Eddy accused me of lying to him about a phone number??? I made a call from my work phone, a number I can't give out casually to people like car dealerships. It was an awful experience and I would caution anyone from ever coming here, particularly from dealing with Eddy. More
Since this dealership changed hands awhile back, it’s been disappointing. I only go there to have my Bug serviced and I wish I didn’t have to. I also do not believe it’s appropriate for salespeople to accost and harass a person waiting to pick up their vehicle after it was serviced. Troy with the service department is the only thing I can say is good about this dealership. More

billings volkswagen is very inefficient in customer service, dishonest, unwilling to treat the customer with respect or heaven sake admit they screwed up. went in for a water pump repair, while there service, dishonest, unwilling to treat the customer with respect or heaven sake admit they screwed up. went in for a water pump repair, while there told them to go ahead and replace timing belt and accessories, alignment, rotate and balance, add blue, oil change. when asked how much to do all i was told $2100. when asked how long, 3 days i was told. after several calls to check on the progress of my car and 18 days later my car is done. cost $2533.11. which does not include a rental of $706.25 for two weeks that i did not have my car due to the service departments inefficiency. when asked about reimbursement for the rental, they asked for an invoice which was provided, then stated will pay some of it but would not commit to how much. when asked about the total cost, in a nut shell, the service manager mike relayed through his service rep troy that the bill was what it was and if you don't want to pay then you will not be taking your vehicle. when i then asked to speak to the service managers boss i was told by troy that he was not allowed to tell me who that was. i then asked who i could talk to about my poor service if the service manager is the problem, again, was told he will not provide this information. when i questioned troy again about my bill, i mentioned the fact that over the phone he clearly stated the bill would be $2100.00, i also got two quotes from other vw dealerships, both were close to $1000 less for the same services. i even put the phone on speaker for a family member could hear this as well. troy then says to me that he has the conversation recorded at which time i told him, well get that thing cued up and let's listen to it. troy told me he could not access it, how convenient for him. i asked to speak to whom ever could get that cued up, well guess what, no one around to do it. at the end of the day, i ended up paying the bill, with no rental compensation. oh by the way, the assistant service manager shane did tell me that the service department should have offered me a vehicle and that the rental should be on them. it is clear that customer service is not their first priority. as a loyal vw consumer for 25+ years, i will be seriously looking to take my vehicle to dana motors, the former vw dealer in billings. stay away from rimrock vw service if at all possible. they do not look out for the customer, they are out for themselves. period! More

I was disappointed that the employees of this dealership are not wearing masks. I was told the manager or owner said it is not a law so no one needs to wear masks. I would think as a business you would take all measures to ensure we don’t have another shut down. . I had a recall on my VW so I had no choice but go to this dealership. More
