Everyone was nice I told them I wanted my sales tax included in the loan he said I will work on that. It wasn’t included.and did not tell me it wasn’t. I would give zero of I could. Very dishonest and unprofessional place I have ever been. Wanted to charge me $17,000 over asking price, when the car was listed for 35,000 and I had Very dishonest and unprofessional place I have ever been. Wanted to charge me $17,000 over asking price, when the car was listed for 35,000 and I had $10,000 equity in the car I was trading in. Walked out during signing. Bait and switch at its finest. No one could explain the numbers to me or give me the actual price of the vehicle. Caution to any women planning to go alone, just don't do it save your time. Billings Volkswagen needs to clean house. More
Please, oh please do not buy ANYTHING from this dealer. I bought a KIA Soul in 2020. I bought the extended warranty package. Right after my husband was diagnosed with and died of esophageal cancer. So I bought a KIA Soul in 2020. I bought the extended warranty package. Right after my husband was diagnosed with and died of esophageal cancer. So two years later after his death I am going through papers. I can’t find the warranty contract. I call them and they said a mistake was made, the contract was never completed, and that they will refund my $3700. Well that was two months ago. I have worked with Donna, Taylor, George and Matt. Also Kia Consumer Affairs. I am no closer to a refund as I was two months ago. One hint for you. They like to say they will absolutely call you back in two days, but they never do. Let’s stroll along to Service. They told me that if I get my regular service anywhere else, it void will my entire warranty. Two people told me. It is not only untrue (with one, also not mentioned, codicil). but it is against a federal law to tell that to your customers. They also told me that they have a young girl’s car, in service right now, because she used a Jiffy Lube filter and has $16,000 in repairs. Funny, I had the same pitch made to me when I bought the warranty, except it was the guy’s grandmother, and it was $15,000. At least they have adjusted for inflation. Finally they are padding their services. They told me I needed a $250 service to my fuel injectors. The manual specifically says that the fuel injectors are built in, and only need to be checked if there is a performance problem. I complained about all of these things to a manager, and he said he would call me in two days. Ha ha. I love my KIA Soul. I love driving it everyday. But I would never buy one, from what I am going through now. Please, please save yourself and do not let your friends, family or anybody else use this dealer. More
After going to several dealership I had almost given up hope finding a new car. I decided to give it one last try when I went to this dealership. The girl that helped was Sara.. As long as she at the dealership they ha e our business and I will make sure that I refer her to all my family and friends. More
Absolutely horrible, the worst car dealership experience ever! Don't buy from these liars they are shiesty and unethical! I went in with a vehicle pricing printed off of their own website and was asked whe ever! Don't buy from these liars they are shiesty and unethical! They wanted to add $12,000 onto the vehicle price and actually said that every dealership does it! When asked about the price they paid for the vehicle Mike Salmans got very hostile and confrontational definitely needs some customer service training or maybe even anger management! We drove four hours to get the vehicle we had picked out and it was a total waste of our time! Don't bother to shop here unless you want to pay twelve thousand dollars over what is advertised for vehicles that are already marked up three thousand from the Volkswagon msrp! More
Matt every time I talked to him had no clue about anything we talked about for my care. Tried to sell me tired stating metal binding was showing on my tires. Which is not true. Did not remeber my car was paid for over the phone and made it difficult for my friend to pick up my car after he was told details. We will be taking our volkswagens to bozeman for now on as this place is a joke. Used to be great costumer care when I pushed my car brand new in 2017 but is horrible and that is not even close to what it's like. Had 4 sales reps call me trying to sell me a new car one after another. 1 had no clue about vehicles. Know what u are saying before calling a potential buyer. She told me they still made diesel vw. They haven't since 2015. Horrible horrible experience. More

the online scheduling for service through the website. Apparently when I got in to service last Friday, I was told they couldn’t see anything scheduled from website. I was also told my windshield washer was not working properly due to a hose. And I’m being scheduled on a later date for that. I was concerned about a couple of things. One your service department was unaware of my online service request with not being able to complete it because of a time issue when I got and email confirmation of it. Two when I got my car back the steering wheel and gear shift knob was dirty and greasy. Also when I got home, under the hood my air cleaner assembly was completely loose. I had to tighten it up. I know that sometimes things get pushed out too quickly for a QC check but now I’m worried my wheels are not torqued down because that was part of my 100k service. I just feel like I was over booked for service. the service department was either understaffed or overlooking the obvious. I didn’t want to go back in there after waiting 2 or more hours to blow up at someone. I’m just a little worried about what was done to my car. The tech was very nice but maybe a little overwhelmed.
