Always a great experience I always come here to 'treat' my 16-year old buggy. Obviously she always has something going on as she ages. I have always brought the car to VW dealerships, no matter where I was living, and Alhambra is my favorite so far. People have this fear that they'll be scammed for services they don't need when they go for repairs, but it's actually the opposite here. I am a young woman who knows relatively little about cars and the guys here have always been honest and forthright with me. They never try to up sell me and always get me the best deal possible. I appreciate that they always explain the technicalities of the repairs (I'm not stupid, I just never had occasion to learn much about cars.) Norm heads the department and is a extremely efficient and very sweet. The guy (Paulo, Angel, and Mike) and respectful and very friendly. Plus, the dealership is full of old VWs so I love going and looking at them! More
