After being a Toyota customer in las Cruces for years, I considered changing to another service center last month, but decided to give Viva Toyota another chance. They did not change my oil, even though it had 15,000 miles on it. The guy at the service dept said they don't change oil till 30,000 miles. That is unheard of!
