service Friday the 13th, 2018 my RX350 broke down 20 miles north of Las Cruces NM. I had it towed to this dealership at 9pm and did not expect to see anyone a Friday the 13th, 2018 my RX350 broke down 20 miles north of Las Cruces NM. I had it towed to this dealership at 9pm and did not expect to see anyone as I was sure they would be closed. The sales manager and 2 other salesmen where still at the dealership and even though they were closed they opened the gate at let us in. The sales manage, salesmen, the young lady who answered the phone the next day and the service department staff were Professional, very accommodating and the most friendly group of employees I've ever dealt with at any dealership in my life. More

Quick and painless I showed up without an appointment because I am from out of town and stopped by on a whim that possibly I could get in for an oil change. Up front and honest service I took my Toyota FJ Cruiser for the scheduled oil change and battery replacement . When I was checking out and paying, the service person stopped me a I took my Toyota FJ Cruiser for the scheduled oil change and battery replacement . When I was checking out and paying, the service person stopped me and said that the total of the bill did not "look right". He took the bill back to the department and when he came back my bill was $150 less. He had noticed that my old battery was still under warranty and they had not credited it to the bill. I asked for the address of the dealership as I was not familiar with the town and I was given the address of the facility that you moved out of 3 months prior. More
