I had an appointment for 9 am but took my car in late the day before. The man that assisted me said they might service it But they had openings for 7am so I’d be moved there at the latest. The next morning, After not hearing I checked in at 8:30.i was asked for my assigned tech which I’d never heard of. After 10 minutes on the phone I was told the dept was very busy so please call back. I called back and given to someone who knew nothing, couldn’t find my name nor my Lexus. He said wait an hour and call back. My husband then called and quickly told my car was done except for the paperwork. They promised it would be done by the time I arrived. It was not done. They found my service sheet in a pile and I waited 30 minutes to be called to pay. I suggest when you send the online confirmation you send me the assigned contact name and direct number. When I want a status a direct line should be quickly answered and questions answered. In addition the 1st time I visited the new Toyota location my car was sent through the car wash before I received it. That has never happened again. That was a nice customer service benefit similar to the Lexus dealership. More

Best experience with any dealer ever! I had a ton of work done on my Toyota van - struts, spark plugs, etc. The service department was fantastic. With over 2,500 miles to go I reached out to a Toyota dealership in Alamogorda, NM online, but an appointment was five days in the future. Next, I reached out to the Vescovo Toyota of Las Cruces & was able to get in the very next morning. Las Cruces was a slightly off the route but I'm glad I did. My service rep. was exactly what all service reps should be, professional, thorough, courteous & efficient. Very comfortable place to wait, thank you Vescova Toyota of Las Cruces. More
