The sale was negotiated entirely over the phone. The only issue was finding the options and model I wanted. We came close and I'm totally happy with the car. There wasn't any real negotiation since there is a major shortage of inventory. So much so that a lot of dealers are adding a $2000 premium to the purchase price.
