I’m tired of apologies, and I don’t accept. The number given is the dealership’s main switchboard and I’ve already talked to the manager, the registration person and anyone else I can numerous times. The phone isn’t even answered a fair percentage of the time. My problem is no closer to being resolved, and nobody at this company at any level cares. The third party vendor took this over months ago so that hasn’t helped a bit. If you really care about customer satisfaction, come get the car and refund my money.

Dear Reviewer, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience did not match your expectations. It is common instance to believe shop supplies do not match an alignment. Suspensions live in a harsh environment. Items used can include propane, acetylene and oxygen torch, silicone spray, and penetrating oil to assist in freeing components for adjustment. There are body clips, cotter pins, and other fasteners that at times must be removed to reach an adjustment component. Most times these are one use items. Usually items include: printer ink, paper and rags used during the alignment process. Most important shop supply for the alignment rack is current software for the different makes and models encountered. These are disposable items and our list is not exclusive. Environmental fee cover the disposal of hazard waste. Again we appreciate your feedback and hope that this helps in understanding why shop supplies are charged on an alignment. Thank you.
